By creating an account or using Vitandi, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Vitandi Is

Vitandi is a conversational AI that uses language techniques to help you explore and shift limiting beliefs. It is designed for personal growth and self-exploration.

What Vitandi Is Not

Vitandi is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. It does not create a therapist-client relationship. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

The AI may make observations about your patterns, beliefs, and emotional states. These are generated by a language model, not a licensed clinician. Use your own judgment about what resonates and what doesn't.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Vitandi.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may only create one account. If you need help with your account, contact us.

Your Content

You own your conversation content. By using Vitandi, you grant us a limited license to process your conversations and profile data for the purpose of providing the service — generating AI responses, building your profile for session continuity, and improving the product. We will not publish, sell, or share your conversations with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-Generated Content

All responses from Vitandi are generated by artificial intelligence. While we design the system to be helpful and thoughtful, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You use AI-generated insights at your own discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vitandi to harm, harass, or manipulate others
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI system
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as professional advice
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the service

Service Availability

Vitandi is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitandi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or decisions made based on interactions with Vitandi.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Vitandi shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 during the free beta period).

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Vitandi evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
